Below are a few frequently asked questions:

Q. Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
A. No. You can shop with us without creating an account. When you get to the checkout just click on the 'Checkout Without Account' link to pay for your goods. Alternativly, if you have a paypal account you can checkout using paypal.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. When checking out please select the international shipping options.

Q. How are your postage costs worked out?
A. We get all postage estimates from the Royal Mail so the price you see is the price you would expect to pay for something with that weight. The royal mail calculates the postage based on weight of the total product (Envelope, Item, Packing slip etc).

Q. Are all the product shipping weights exact?
A. All of the weights are just an approximation. If the weight of your product is slightly over the stated weight we WILL NOT ask you to pay this difference.

Q. I've placed an order and would like to make an amendment, is this possible?
A. Yes. If you contact us quoting your order number we can make the amendments you require.

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Please see our Shipping & Returns information here

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. At present Paypal is our only preferred payment option. Paypal processes all credit / debit card transactions so none of this information is stored in our database. It is the only fast, easy and secure way of paying your items.
