All estimates for postage are approximate including price and weight and are correct at time of publishing. We get all of our prices for postage from Royal Mail and these are correct and up to date.
All Scroll products will be sent in a cardboard backed envelope using your postage option. All other items will be sent in bubble lined envelopes to ensure safe transit.
All products will be shipped within 3 working days of your order being completed. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell on the site, i.e. Personalised Gifts, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you contact us about a damaged product we will replace the product FREE of charge for an identical product. If you are unhappy with a product then we will issue a refund of the product price minus the cost of postage.
